We are following CDC guidelines and COVID-19 Best Practices Clinical Protocols to keep you, our staff and our community safe.
Our office is cleaned hourly and after every patient interaction. Dr. Hoffmann and Noel have been trained on the use of personal protective equipment such masks and gloves.
We are seeing patients on a case-by-case basis and by appointment only. Our doors are currently closed to walk-in patients.
We are offering drive-up service for hearing aid cleaning, repairs, and supplies purchases. Either Noel or Dr. Hoffmann will be available to meet you in the parking lot at your appointment time to deliver supplies or pick up your hearing aids and service them in the office while you wait.
We are making video conferencing available to patients who can be served with a tele-health session with Dr. Hoffmann. Remote programming of hearing aids is also available depending on the make and model of your devices.
Our phones are open 9 am to 5 pm Monday – Friday and we are happy to answer any questions you may have. We can often trouble-shoot hearing aid issues over the phone as well. Feel free to also contact us through our website. We will normally respond within a couple of hours.
